Staging is really the art of presenting your property to
prospective purchasers in the most appealing way.
A home that has been staged properly
usually sells faster and for a better price. People have
been seeking my advice for years because of my track record for
selling homes. Here is my top ten list of simple staging tips in no

1-Paint if needed. Subtle warm earth
colors are preferable 2-Arranging furniture to
optimize space and use of room
3-De-cluttering- removal of personal photos, knick-knacks, toys and
odds and ends
4-Organize closets
5-Wash windows inside and out
6-Remove magnets and photos from refrigerator
7-Clean out garage and basement areas
8-Clear kitchen and bathroom counters
9-Re-caulking 10-Use candles or potpourri to
mask pet and cooking odors

patterns throughout your home. Furniture positioning and
placement along with de-cluttering enable the healthier flow
of energy. This can apply to specific rooms, work areas,
