We will discuss your financing options. I will use my experience in the lending business
to make sure you get the absolute best program for you. If necessary I will make recommendations competent,

Once we have determined what you are looking for and the best way to finance it, I will use every
resource available to find you the best property (multiple Internet sites,
MLS, print advertising, my contacts in the area, past and
prospective buyers and sellers, agents in my office, vendors and my special referral sources are
all checked)
Once you find the property you want, I'll help you negotiate the best deal possible
using all my training and sales experience.
Your contract will be filled out properly and delivered to you and your
attorney once it is accepted.
To make sure you are protected, I will recommend experienced inspectors, lawyers and
tradespeople if you need them. Recommendation Request
I will make sure you order inspections and that you feel comfortable that the property you
purchase is safe and sound.
You will be informed of the progress in your transaction, important deadlines will be
tracked and details will be followed up on.
I will accompany you on a final inspection of the property just prior to closing to make sure
your home is in the same condition as it was at the time of contract.
I will be with you at closing.
After closing, you can use me as a local resource to help you get settled into your new home- I
have an extensive list of local service providers if you need someone to do work around your home or maybe you have
a question about local amenities.
